PATH is one of the most impactful nonprofits in California committed to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. It is our core belief that no person should live on the streets and that everyone deserves an affordable, stable place to call home!

PATH West Carson Villas will provide 110 units of critical affordable housing, complete with wraparound supportive services, to low-income and special needs families. West Carson Villas will offer a high-quality living environment with integrated supportive services and open communal spaces. Site amenities feature ample open communal spaces – including a community room, a teaching kitchen, a terrace with a kid’s play area, a barbeque area, a wellness room, a computer lab, and more.

PATH’s Welcome Home Kits Program is an opportunity for community partners to provide direct, critically needed support to individuals and families as they are transitioning from homelessness and moving into permanent supportive housing. This program provides a chance for volunteers and donors to give each of our new tenants a warm welcome by providing the basic household items needed to give them a fresh start in their new home.
