Poverty is a disease that needs a cure.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry I have been fortunate enough to serve all over the country from my home state of Illinois to Florida and now currently residing in California. As a restaurant General Manager I have seen first hand the impact of homelessness in cities as San Francisco and Los Angeles. The year 2020 has certainly presented a new set of challenges facing the hospitality industry and being unemployed myself I was having a difficult time securing my next career opportunity until I found PATH. I plan to ground myself in a volunteer opportunity and bring my brand of hospitality to those in need.

PATH serves over 20% of the homeless population in California, through nine interim housing shelters, 14 supportive housing communities, and dozens of outreach teams hitting the streets each day. All of these services will continue through the COVID-19 crisis. It has never been more important for PATH to meet the critical needs of those they serve, and keep those in their care safe and healthy. As they continue to work in the community, they need our help.
